*You must first initiate the returns process by contacting us (referencing your order number) before sending any items back, otherwise it may take us longer to process your return or prevent us from processing it entirely.*
Returning an Item

- In the unlikely event where you wish to return your order, you must be aware of the following:
- You can return products for any reason until 14 days after receiving them. If a product is damaged or faulty, you have up to 30 days from receiving the goods, however, the sooner you let us know, the easier it will be for us to resolve the issue.
- Sealed products must be returned unopened, unused, and in the original condition the item was sent in.
- If you’re returning because you no longer want the product, the return postage costs must be covered by yourself.
- If there is some damage or missing items to the contents of your product and it is a sealed item, these should first be tried to be resolved with the manufacturer, as we are unable to send replacement parts for sealed products. If you have had no luck, contact our support team and we may be able to assist you.
- If a returned product does not meet the requirements outlined by our policies, we may not be able to offer a refund. If you are unsure if you can return an item, please get in touch with a member of our support team, who can best advise you on how to return your item.
- To return an item use the return feature when logged into your account, complete the contact form and submit your query to us and we will do everything we possibly can to resolve your issue before sending anything back. Please note you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product, or 30 if it is faulty.
- If we have sent you the incorrect item or something is missing from your order we will cover any charges to get the products to you ASAP, this will involve you returning the incorrectly received item first and then us dispatching the correct item back to yourself once the wrong items is back with us. If you want to cancel an order, customers are advised to do so before an order is dispatched.

Damaged Items

- Reports of damages should be sent to us within 7 days of you receiving your order. Anything outside of this time, we may be unable to assist with.

Products release pre-dating 2021 (Vintage Sealed Products)
- Due to the unique nature of vintage items, all sales of vintage products or items with an official release date prior to 2021 are considered final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Products designated as ‘vintage’ or with a release date prior to 2021 may show signs of wear consistent with age. Such items are sold ‘as-is’ and are non-returnable.
- All products, including vintage items and those with a release date prior to 2021, are meticulously inspected by our in-house team to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse on items classified as vintage or released before 2021. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- Items with an official release date prior to 2021 are excluded from our standard return policy due to their age and condition, and are sold on an ‘as-described’ basis
Cancellations and Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel your order immediately if we have informed you about an error in the price or description of the product, or if shipping will be significantly delayed, or if you do not wish to continue.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 2 working days before the release date. For example, if a release date of a product fell on a Saturday, you must contact us no later than Wedndesday that week.
Anything outside of this period will result in you returning your order through our returns process. If a pre-order product has fallen in price since you ordered it, we cannot refund you for the difference, as the market always fluctuates and we are not responsible for this. This applies up to the point the order is dispatched.
